BRAZILFEST

MONA LISA HEIST
All Month – 165th Ave, Redmond: Take part in the most famous heist of the 20th century! An amazing adventure in the Louvre. Go through the security room, deactivating clever alarms and security systems. Get to the exhibit hall filled with ancient artifacts and paintings. Finally, steal the main exhibit piece, The Mona Lisa! Can you complete this mission in less than 60 minutes?

WINE & CHOCOLATE PAIRING
EVERY THURS, FRI, SAT – Sweet Decadence Wine & Chocolate Bar: This fun, casual and educational experience will help novice wine drinkers develop a new appreciation for different wines while more experienced wine drinkers can get a “grape” experience as well.

LASER LIGHT SHOWS
ALL MONTH – Experience the largest and longest operating domed laser theater in the world.

SEATTLE SMASH PUTT

SEAFAIR TORCHLIGHT PARADE
SAT – More than 100 parade units march, float and dance in celebration of Seattle.

SEAFAIR TORCHLIGHT RUN
SAT – Run on this iconic course which offers the last opportunity to race along the Viaduct. Also takes you along the parade route with tens of thousands of people cheering you on.

TASTING FLIGHT
THURS-FRI – Experience the Northwest’s finest boutique wines on the zoo’s picturesque North Meadow, this is an after-hours, adults-only fundraiser event for Woodland Park Zoo.

MUSIC UNDER THE STARS
WED & THURS – Bring a picnic, stretch out on the lawn, and enjoy a live audio broadcast of each of our Summer Festival concerts, provided directly to neighborhood parks by KING-FM. Each evening begins at 7:30pm with live chamber music performed by an outstanding student or pre-professional ensemble, and continues at 8:00pm with KING-FMs live broadcast, direct from Benaroya.

FRI-SUN – Three days, 5 stages, 90 bands, DJ’s in the heart of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.

WEST SEATTLE GRAND PARADE
SAT – One of the oldest and most beloved community events in the Seattle area. The parade includes participants from the Hi-Yu royalty, pirates, clowns, marching bands, drill teams, floats, pageantry and excitement that leads up to the Seafair Torchlight Parade the following weekend.

CELEBRATING LIFE DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL
SAT – Cheer on approximately 1,000 local and visiting athletes, enjoy food, music and entertainment, arts and crafts, and hands-on activities for the young and the young at heart at this fun-filled festival at Lake Sammamish State Park in Issaquah.

SUMMER BEER TASTE
SAT-SUN – Wear your best tie-dye or flower power dress and celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love … with Beer! Includes ten tastes from over 30 local microbreweries and cideries. Meet the people behind your favorite brews, chat with neighbors and fellow enthusiasts, and enjoy an afternoon of delicious beverages.

CHINATOWN SEAFAIR PARADE

– Featuring lion and dragon dances, the Seattle Chinese Girl’s Drill Team, and many more local community groups from the Greater Seattle area.

 VASHON ISLAND STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL
FRI-SUN – The Vashon Island Strawberry Festival includes a parade, dance, live music, a car parade, carnival rides, a beer garden, and 200 vendors. Free. A shuttle service from the ferry boat is $1.

FRI-SUN – A unique all-ages beer festival where thousands of beer aficionados can sample more than 500 beers from 130 Washington breweries. In addition, the festival offers wine and cider tastings, great food trucks, live music and all-ages activities.

OLYMPIC AIR FESTIVAL

SAT-SUN – Enjoy recognized aerobatic performers and aircraft, as well as heritage aircraft from the museum’s collection, featuring aircraft from the WWII, Korea, and Vietnam eras.

MEEKER DAYS ART & MUSIC FESTIVAL

FRI-SUN – A community celebration dedicated to promoting historical, educational and cultural interaction, while fostering a sense of civic involvement through the establishment of active business partnerships and citizen participation.

EDMONDS ART FAIR

FRI-SUN – Enjoy a beautiful setting to view and acquire original works of fine art and crafts. Three days of entertainment, shopping, dining, and gallery exhibits to area locals and visitors alike.

ROMY & MICHELE’S HIGH SCHOOL REUNION

Through July 2 – Based on the 1997 cult hit film with an all new 80’s & 90’s pop/rock inspired score.

ICE CREAM CABARET

Through June 24 – The infamous, historic venue will transform into a doo-wop ice cream shop. Inspired by all-time-favorite summer cult-classics like “Grease,” “Cry Baby,” “Hairspray,” and “Beach Party,” ICE CREAM celebrates revelry with the finest in Market fresh food, craft cocktails, and Can Can’s own unique brand of entertainment.

THE LEGEND OF GEORGIA MCBRIDE

Through July 2 – A music-filled comedy about finding your true voice in an unexpected place. A heartwarming tale explores what happens when one man trades in his blue suede shoes for platform pumps and discovers he ain’t nothing but a drag queen.

MONA LISA HEIST
All Month – 165th Ave, Redmond: Take part in the most famous heist of the 20th century! An amazing adventure in the Louvre.
