BACON & BEER CLASSIC

SAT – Explore Safeco Field and indulge in unlimited bacon and craft beer.  Sample 100+ beers from regional breweries, eat 30+ bacon infused dishes from local chefs, play giant Jenga, battle it out on the bungee run, and compete in the bacon eating contest.

KIRKLAND BEER TASTING

SAT – A one-day tasting event featuring local beers and ciders, this will be held indoors at the ARETE building in downtown Kirkland, across from the new Kirkland Urban project on Central Way. Superhero costumes are encouraged!

SUN – A nose-to-tail competition dedicated to supporting family farmers and educating chefs and diners about the agricultural importance of utilizing Old World livestock.

SNOHOMISH ON THE ROCKS

SAT – Come meet the distillers, sample their products and learn about the art of creating spirits from the distillers themselves.

SEATTLE EROTIC ART FESTIVAL

FRI-SUN – During regular festival hours, you are invited to view the art and daily entertainment, from poetry readings to pantomime to acrobatic displays. In the evenings, the vibe changes from a gallery to sexy art party. The Late Night Festival is a sexy, fun time with DJs, performers, bartenders at the ready, and a fantastically energetic crowd.

THE SECRET GARDEN

Through May 6 – A story of great love, loss, sadness and joy. A tale of a young orphaned girl sent to live with a reclusive uncle in a crumbling mansion overrun with spirits of the past. Stunning sets and costumes, a gorgeous score and rick lush story telling.

Through SUN – Spring is here! Time to visit the beautiful tulip & daffodil fields.

FIRE STATION 7

Through May 21 – This hilarious new musical comedy for all ages seamlessly integrates the seven rules of fire safety in a rock n’ roll performance, and is both educational and entertaining.

KISS ME KATE

Through SUN – A charming story that follows two musical theatre actors – once married, now divorced – as they star together in a Broadway-bound musical version of Shakespeare’s The Taming of the Shrew.

FRENCH KISS
Through April 27 – Experience themes of romance, love and flirtation with the class and beauty Can Can shows are famous for. New Orleans-inspired menu additions, our highly gifted and talented cast, and the superbly romantic French Kiss is the best way to celebrate this season of love and romance.

MATINEE CABARET
Through May 28 – A brand new, family friendly extravaganza from the creative team at Can Can Kitchen & Cabaret. This show combines history with high-kicks, culinary delicacies with world-class cabaret, providing a tour of the historic Pike Place Market.

MONA LISA HEIST
All Month – 165th Ave, Redmond: Take part in the most famous heist of the 20th century! An amazing adventure in the Louvre. Go through the security room, deactivating clever alarms and security systems. Get to the exhibit hall filled with ancient artifacts and paintings. Finally, steal the main exhibit piece, The Mona Lisa! Can you complete this mission in less than 60 minutes?

WINE & CHOCOLATE PAIRING
Every Thursday, Friday & Saturday
– Sweet Decadence Wine & Chocolate Bar: This fun, casual and educational experience will help novice wine drinkers develop a new appreciation for different wines while more experienced wine drinkers can get a “grape” experience as well.

SATEarth Day Run 5K & 10K. Each finisher will receive a native sapling tree and an additional tree will be planted in his or her name. 
SATBee Sweet to the Earth. All about bees, pollination and the connection to our food system and local agriculture. With food, games, demonstrations, music and kid activities, the event is free, and all ages are welcome. 
SATRecycle & Shred Event. In honor of Earth Day we are hosting a FREE Recycling & Shredding Event with refreshments and family friendly activities. 
SATClean Up & Maintenance. Join SCA for Earth Day to give back to Seattle’s public lands and help restore the Washington Park Arboretum.
SATCommunity Restoration. We are keeping Seward Park’s forest healthy! We’ve removed invasive plant species and are now covering the work area with burlap and mulch in preparation for fall planting.
SATTours of the Bullitt Center. A showcase for 21st century super buildings and a model for true sustainability.
SATEarth Day Extravaganza. Explore your creative side as you learn about the Earth and things that we can do to keep it healthy. Free. 
SUNNative & non-Native Storytelling. Free. Come celebrate Earth Day by hearing Native and non-Native storytellers at the beautiful Duwamish Longhouse and Cultural Center in West Seattle.

FREE NATIONAL PARKS DAY

SAT-SUN – Entry is free at Mount Rainier and Olympic National Parks on Free Entrance Days in the National Parks. Expect more people and less parking than usual.

DOGS AT THE HELM

SAT – For the first time ever, dog owners will have the chance to get a picture with their dog at the wheel of the 104-year-old National Historic Landmark schooner. Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shop staff will also be on deck with FREE ice cream and, along with Adventuress’ crew of educators, they will share information about how our daily actions can make a difference for the marine environment.

SPRING FAIR

THURS-SUN – A Spring Fair that is fun for the whole family! Monster trucks, performing dogs, live music, racing pigs and so much more!

CHERRY BLOSSOM & JAPANESE CULTURAL FESTIVAL

FRI-SUN – A weekend-long celebration of Japanese and Japanese-American culture. The largest and oldest of its kind in the Northwest. Enjoy Japanese art, dance, music and food.

GLOBAL SPECIALTY COFFEE EXPO

THURS-SUN – The Global Specialty Coffee Expo has everything for everyone in the coffee world. Coffee enthusiasts of all professional backgrounds can participate or watch the coffee competitions, mingle with like-minded attendees at receptions and lunches, or learn more about the art of cupping, brewing or roasting in our educational programs.

50-HOUR IMPROV-A-THON

FRI – Unexpected Productions hosts an improv mega show! 50 hours of non-stop improv excitement with only a 5-minute break every hour. Audience members who make it through the entire Improvathon will receive a lifetime pass to see any Unexpected Productions show!

MASQUERADE BALL

SATThe Seattle Design Center will be transformed into Saint Mark’s Square in Venice, with cafe lights twinkling overhead, large sketches of actual Venetian bars & cafes throughout the main ballroom, with bistro tables and seating throughout.

SEATTLE HOME SHOW

SAT Through February 26 – The 73rd Annual housing extravaganza will have hundreds of displays of home and garden products, daily “Meet the Experts” seminars, the newest in building products and green living, landscape displays, wine tasting, and home decorating.

FRANK OLIVIER’S TWISTED CABARET

Through Feb 26 – A one-man show with a cast of a dozen characters, each more talented and demented than the last.

SPIRIT OF THE WEST COWBOY GATHERING

FRI-SUN – This Ellensburg festival offers a wide range of events that reflect a bygone era—a Western Gear and Art Show, dancing and concerts, dutch oven cooking, fiddle contest, cowboy church, workshops and demonstrations, and ranch roping along with free kids activities. A great family-friendly community event.

EVERETT FILM FESTIVAL

FRI – Offering engaging and thought-provoking films from around the country and across the globe with a unique look into the lives of women through documentaries, feature films, animations and film shorts.

GOLD, GEM, & MINERAL SHOW

FRINite Wave & Voyager continues their 80’s dance ways performing New Wave hits from Duran Duran, INXS, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, The Cure, New Order, Prince, Depeche Mode and more!

ONE LOVE

FRIOne Love provides a fun and fabulous way for couples to organize their big day and plan their life together. The monumental event embraces same-sex couples and highlights every detail of a wedding, including beautiful wedding décor, fun trends and traditions, and exquisite products and services.

MATINEE CABARET

Through May 28 – A brand new, family friendly extravaganza from the creative team at Can Can Kitchen & Cabaret. This show combines history with high-kicks, culinary delicacies with world-class cabaret, providing a tour of the historic Pike Place Market.

Through SUN  For audiences who love wit, wordplay, and savvy reinvention of the classics comes The Liar: a sparkling urban romance, reinvented by David Ives with contemporary flair.

THE SNOWY DAY AND OTHER STORIES

Through SAT – Come watch as our ensemble members rise to the challenge, stand before you, make the choice to tell a truth or take a dare, and turn them into side-splitting comedy.

MONA LISA HEIST
All Month – 165th Ave, Redmond: Take part in the most famous heist of the 20th century! An amazing adventure in the Louvre. Go through the security room, deactivating clever alarms and security systems. Get to the exhibit hall filled with ancient artifacts and paintings. Finally, steal the main exhibit piece, The Mona Lisa! Can you complete this mission in less than 60 minutes?
