CHALK ART FEST
FRI-SUN – Watch 14 chalk artists in Redmond Town Center as they swarm the streets and create chalk masterpieces. Bring the family for live music and activities!
KIDS OBSTACLE RACE
SAT-SUN – Bring the family! Kids from ages 5-16 will be challenged with running through mud and obstacles at Lake Sammamish State Park.
PIKE PLACE MARKET DINNER
FRI – Celebrate the 111th anniversary of Pike Place with fine dining Sunset supper featuring over 100 of the region’s best restaurants, wineries, breweries and distilleries will be in attendance.
FRI-SUN – A look at the past 80 years of trains, timber and tradition. Dive into the Pancake breakfast Saturday and stick around to enjoy the Parade Sunday with food and beverage vendors.
HOT SAUCE FESTIVAL
SAT – Seattle’s Hot Sauce Fest promises hot sauce tastings, cool down with the beer garden, food vendors and fun games with the family. Stick around for the movie playing at dusk!
THUR-SAT – The Winemaker Picnic and Barrel Auction of Washington wines benefits the Seattle Children’s Hospital and the Viticulture and Enology Program at WSU.
SAT – Head to the Seattle Taco Takeover to sample tacos, Latin dishes and tequila while you enjoy live music. Try your turn at judging dishes and taste submissions to the cocktail competition.
WASHINGTON BEER FEST
SAT – Washington Beer BBQ event hosted at Lake Union Park has over 100+ local craft brews to taste from over 50 participating vendors.
SAMMAMISH EVENING FEST
SAT – Outdoor summer event gives adults a fun night under the stars with beverage tastings, food from local restaurants and dancing with live music.
SAUSAGE AND CIDERFEST
SAT – Enjoy different sausages, cider from Northwest breweries, as well as craft beer and wine. This benefit supports the Covington Kiwanis Club and includes the Eliminate project, Children’s Cancer Program and Covington Youth Athletics.
FESTIVAL OF ARTISTS AT WORK
SAT-SUN – Head to the Fresh Paint event at the Everett Art Festival in the Port of Everett Marina with over 100 artists booths, live entertainment and more!
SUN – Join the 20th annual Celebration of Brazilian arts and traditions. This festival combines traditional food workshops and activities.
MINI MAKER FAIRE
SAT – Join the Greatest Show & Tell on Earth! Gather with curious tinkers from engineers to scientists and artists, learn about new experiments, hobbies and projects.
CAPITOL HILL GARAGE SALE DAY
SUN – Browse dozens of neighborhood sales at Cal Anderson Park, or get rid of your treasures at one of the biggest sales of the year!
THURS-SAT – Featuring family favorites from beloved Charlie Brown. See Linus, Lucy, Snoopy and more as they bring Civic Theatre to life!
LEGO AMERICANA ROADSHOW
THROUGH SUN – Celebrate and honor the history of the U.S. through Lego buildings and fascinating architectural structures made by master builders. Hands on activities and play areas available.
U-PICK ORGANIC BLUEBERRIES
EVERY DAY UNTIL DUSK – Pick organic blueberries or sit on the lakefront with a picnic at the Higher Taste Blueberry farm. You can also purchase raw honey from the buds of the blueberries themselves, no pesticides ever used.
DISENCHANTED: THE MUSICAL
THROUGH SAT – See Snow White and her group of Disenchanted princesses in a hilarious musical that brings their stories back to life to set the record straight.
NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC PHOTO ARK EXHIBIT
THROUGH SEPT 30 – Woodland Park Zoo hosts the traveling National Geographic exhibition, committed to documenting every species in zoos, aquariums and animal rescues with the intention of inspiring viewers to protect these animals and future generations.
ALL MONTH – Check for availability. Adventure out on this 3-hour guided canoe trip through the Mercer Slough. This 320-acre wetland is one you don’t want to miss!
