Through SUN – Check out what Easter events are going on in your area, from eggs hunts to 5k runs.

SNOHOMISH EASTER PARADE

SAT – Come see the state’s only Easter parade with marching bands, floats, animals and so much more. Wear your best Easter Bonnet for a chance to ride on a float and participate in the Best Bonnet contest.

BUNNY CON

SAT – Dress in your favorite bunny outfit and hop from bar to bar through downtown Seattle from 12PM to 2AM.

EASTER B’EGG HUNT

SAT – Hop on over and join Homeward Pet for our Annual Easter B’egg Hunt at Camp Charlie’s Private Off-Leash Dog Park for a day of frolic and fun! Dogs of all shapes and sizes will romp and roam the fields for dog treat stuffed eggs.

SPRING EGGSTRAVAGANZA

SATEaster scavenger hunt, petting farm, bouncy house, obstacle course, face painting, arts, crafts and so much more.

SEATTLE SCOTCH & BEER FEST

HOT JAVA COOL JAZZ

FRI – A swinging, music-filled evening at Starbucks 23rd Annual Hot Java Cool Jazz concert, featuring performances by the amazingly talented jazz bands from Ballard, Garfield, Mount Si, Mountlake Terrace and Roosevelt high schools. 

SAKURA-CON

FRI-SUNThe oldest and most well attended anime convention in the Pacific Northwest. Anime theaters, gaming, cosplay, cultural panels, dances, concerts, art contests, AMV’s, industry guests, over 100,000 square feet of exhibits hall, guests of honor, and more!

STRING

Through April 22 – A brand-new story with a mythological twist, this world premiere musical is a fun and fresh fable about fate, love, and the wonders of chocolate.  

JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR

Through SUN – Christ’s final days are dramatized with emotional intensity, thought-provoking edge and explosive theatricality. Propelled by a stirring score, by turns driving and majestic, satirical and tender, Jesus Christ Superstar illuminates the transcendent power of the human spirit with a passion that goes straight to the heart.

MOISTURE FESTIVAL

Through April 8 – A high energy comedy/varietè show featuring a rapid succession of acts showcasing comedy alongside awe-inspiring physical and mental dexterity, with poignant moments of strength and delicate beauty to make audiences laugh, wonder, shake their heads in disbelief and truly appreciate how live entertainment can exhilarate and bring real joy.

LOVE, CHAOS, & DINNER

Through April 29 – From the moment you step through the doors into our 100-year-old spiegeltent you will be transported into another world where performers break free from the confines of the stage and the action unfolds all around you.

MAGNIFICENT MATINEE

Through April 29 – Combining history with high-kicks, culinary delicacies with world-class cabaret, providing a tour of the historic Pike Place Market from the comfort of our intimate, sixty-seat venue.

MONA LISA HEIST
All Month – 165th Ave, Redmond: Take part in the most famous heist of the 20th century! An amazing adventure in the Louvre. Go through the security room, deactivating clever alarms and security systems. Get to the exhibit hall filled with ancient artifacts and paintings. Finally, steal the main exhibit piece, The Mona Lisa! Can you complete this mission in less than 60 minutes?

WINE & CHOCOLATE PAIRING
EVERY THURS, FRI, SAT – Sweet Decadence Wine & Chocolate Bar: This fun, casual and educational experience will help novice wine drinkers develop a new appreciation for different wines while more experienced wine drinkers can get a “grape” experience as well.

LASER LIGHT SHOWS
ALL MONTH – Experience the largest and longest operating domed laser theater in the world.

SEATTLE SMASH PUTT
All Month (FRI-SUN) – Putt-putt like you’ve never played it, going out with a bang in a funky new pop-up space in Downtown Seattle. Experience brand new crazy contraptions presented with a collection of your favorites from our nostalgic past! Pacific Science Center.

SEATTLE FARMERS MARKETS
Visit neighborhood farmers markets selling produce exclusively from Washington state farmers. Check out what’s going on at the Ballard, Madrona & Wallingford’s Farmer’s Markets.

Through April 30 – Spring is here! Time to visit the beautiful tulip & daffodil fields.

SEATTLE SCOTCH & BEER FESTIVAL

FRI-SAT – Sample six vintage scotches or six Irish whiskies side-by-side to detect the subtle nuances and different expressions of these classic malt beverages. Scotch experts will be on hand to guide you through this one-of-a-kind tasting experience. Enjoy 50 varieties of beer, wine and spirits.

FREE NATIONAL PARKS DAY

SAT-SUN (and April 22-23) – Entry is free at Mount Rainier and Olympic National Parks on Free Entrance Days in the National Parks. Expect more people and less parking than usual.

BALLET ON BROADWAY

MURDER FOR TWO

FRI-SUN – A drop-dead funny murder mystery musical with a twist: one actor investigates the crime; the other plays all the suspects—and they both play the piano!

Through May 21 – This hilarious new musical comedy for all ages seamlessly integrates the seven rules of fire safety in a rock n’ roll performance, and is both educational and entertaining.

Through April 23Downton Abbey meets Gilligan’s Island in this hysterical new musical based on J.M. Barrie’s play, The Admirable Crichton.

KISS ME KATE

Through April 30 – A charming story that follows two musical theatre actors – once married, now divorced – as they star together in a Broadway-bound musical version of Shakespeare’s The Taming of the Shrew.

SEX WITH STRANGERS

Through April 16 – Don’t miss the Seattle Premiere of this extraordinary new play from the writer of House of Cards.

FRENCH KISS

Grab your baskets and get ready to hunt. There’s an egg hunt in every corner of the Puget Sound, and something for every age group and skill level including underwater, in the dark, and the out-in-the-open variety for the little ones. Some hunts even include games, bouncy houses, and entertainment. Pro-tip: Arrive early, as hunts are often over within minutes.

DAFFODIL FESTIVAL PARADE

SAT – Traveling through the four cities of Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner, and Orting, the parade consists of over 180 entries, including floats, bands, marching, and mounted units. Linking one generation to another in tradition, floats are decorated with thousands of fresh-cut daffodils.

SKAGIT VALLEY TULIP FESTIVAL

Through April 30 – Spring is here! Time to visit the beautiful tulip & daffodil fields.

POLISH SPRING BAZAAR

SAT – Enjoy traditional Polish dishes of pierogi, sausage, cabbage rolls etc. served by the young generation of waiters clad in Polish folk costumes. Fun children’s activities, vendor booths & much more.

FRI-SUN – Every year SANCA presents a showcase of unique circus performances featuring students, alumni, staff, and friends.

JAZZ BAND

FRI-SUN – Whether seen on HBO’s Treme or at their legendary Tuesday night gig at The Maple Leaf, Grammy-winning Rebirth Brass Band is a true New Orleans institution. Through APR 13  Highly skilled performance mixed with many bizarre talents, often humorous, with no limit to the imagination. Presented as a variety show, each act or artist performs his or her routine within a 3-15 minute time slot while being accompanied by a live show band.

MRS. WARREN’S PROFESSION PLAY
Through APR 10  Center Theatre @ Seattle Center; A delightfully heartbreaking comedy about a shocking topic that is both timeless and timely.
